El Khaleeji is a Dubai-based brand specializing in premium, handcrafted abayas.

By navigating our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authorization from a guardian.


We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept these changes.





2. Products



Our abayas are handcrafted in Dubai using high-quality Khaleeji fabrics.

Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, slight variations in color or embellishment may occur — this is part of their unique character.


We aim to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but screen settings may cause slight differences.





3. Prices & Payments



All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Depending on your country, additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees may apply at delivery — these are the customer’s responsibility.


We accept secure payments via trusted providers.

El Khaleeji is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.





4. Orders & Availability



All orders are subject to product availability.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a full refund.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or incorrect information.





5. Shipping & Delivery



We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery times vary based on destination and logistics conditions.


Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery delays, customs processing, or lost parcels fall under the courier’s responsibility.

However, our customer care team will assist you as much as possible.





6. Returns & Exchanges



For health and hygiene reasons, abaya purchases are final sale unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.


Returned items must be:


  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original packaging and tags



Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.





7. Intellectual Property



All photos, videos, designs, text, and branding on this website belong exclusively to El Khaleeji.

Any reproduction, modification, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.





8. Prohibited Uses



You may not use our site for:


  • fraudulent activities
  • unlawful purposes
  • violating intellectual property
  • transmitting harmful software
  • collecting personal data without consent



Any misuse will result in immediate termination of access.





9. Limitation of Liability



El Khaleeji cannot be held responsible for:


  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • customs-related delays
  • incorrect customer information
  • losses incurred due to misuse of products
  • technical issues beyond our control



Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

We use your data only to process orders, provide customer support, and offer updates about new collections or discounts (if you subscribe).


We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.





11. Governing Law
