Refund & Return Policy
At El Khaleeji, your satisfaction is our priority.
Every abaya is handcrafted with care in Dubai, and we take quality control very seriously.
However, if you experience an issue, here is how our return policy works:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item received is incorrect.
- A manufacturing issue is proven.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for size changes, preference changes, or worn items.
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- free of perfume, stains, or damage
- in their original packaging
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
After approval, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 days.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are issued as store credit (gift card)
OR refunded to the original payment method (depending on the case).
Shipping fees are not refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They arrived damaged
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed
Exchanges for sizing or preference are not accepted.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are:
- Covered by us if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Paid by the customer for any other approved return reason
We recommend using a tracked shipping method — El Khaleeji is not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Items Not Eligible for ReturN
- Items on sale
- Customized or limited-edition pieces
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or fragrance
- Returns sent without prior approval
