At EL KHALEEJI, all orders are prepared with care and shipped from Dubai, UAE.

We aim to provide a fast, reliable and transparent shipping experience for every customer.


 

 

All orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipping.


During new collection launches or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

International

Shipping times depend on your location and local postal services:

  • GCC Countries: 5–6 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA / Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days



Delays may occur due to customs inspections or external transport conditions.


Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The total weight of your order
  • The delivery method selected

International orders may include customs taxes or import duties (see below)


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.

 

 

 

Customs & Duties


International orders may be subject to:


  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Local taxes



These charges are not included in the order price and must be paid by the customer.

El Khaleeji is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


 

 

Incorrect Address



If the shipping address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect:


  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • A reshipping fee may apply.



Please double-check your information before placing your order.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, EL KHALEEJI is no longer responsible.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.





Refused or Returned International Packages



If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or an incorrect address:


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A return handling fee may be deducted from the refund
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
